BOOKING PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS
The number of places in any GTAC program is limited. Demand for places is very high. You do need to book early and forward payment promptly to secure your place.
How to make a booking for a GTAC program
1) Select the program you are interested in from our current list under “Program Details”.
2) Contact the GTAC Administrative Assistant by phone or e-mail
3) You will be asked to provide your contact details that could include an after hours contact phone number and your home postal address if you are making an individual booking.
4) GTAC will contact you, usually within 24 hours, to inform you of the outcome of your booking request.
5) If your booking request is successful, you will receive a Booking Confirmation/Tax Invoice that provides details of your program and the amount owing.

School Groups
Teachers make school group bookings. From July 2008, no deposit is required for a school group booking.
Two weeks before your class is due at GTAC, you will be contacted to reconfirm the number of students attending. The number of students you indicate at this time will be the number of students your school will be invoiced for. An invoice will be issued once you have reconfirmed the number of students attending.
If you then further reduce student numbers after you have reconfirmed the number of students attending, your school will, unless there are exceptional circumstances, still be charged for the number of students you quoted.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail).Cancellations made 20 working days or more prior to the program date will incur an administrative charge of $60.00 (ex. GST).
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 20 working days of the program date will incur an administrative charge amounting to 80% of the invoice issued based on the reconfirmed number of students attending.
No shows
Schools who are “no shows” will incur an administrative charge amounting to 200% of the invoice issued based on the reconfirmed number of students attending.
Individuals
On receipt of your Booking Confirmation/Tax Invoice immediate payment is required to secure your place. If having paid for your place you find yourself unable to attend, GTAC will credit your payment less an Administrative Charge of $20-00 (ex GST).

Please attach your cheque to the received tax invoice and post to the:

Terms
GTAC reserves the right to reallocate your place if payment procedures are not followed or if we are unable to reconfirm your booking.
GTAC reserves the right to change or modify program content according to demand and availability of resources at any time.
GTAC reserves the right to vary fees for a program and to impose administrative charges on overdue accounts.
