How to make a Booking for a GTAC Program
1 - Select the program you require from our current list under “Programs”.
2 - Contact the GTAC Administrative Assistant by phone or e-mail. You will be asked to provide your contact details.
GTAC will contact you, usually within 24 hours, to inform you of the outcome of your booking request. If your booking request is successful, you will receive a Booking Confirmation that provides details of your program and applicable charges.
Teachers Making a School Group Booking
No deposit is required for school group bookings. Before your class is due at GTAC, you will be contacted to reconfirm the number of students attending. The number of students you indicate at this time will be the number of students your school will be invoiced for. If you then further reduce student numbers after you have reconfirmed the number of students attending, your school will, unless there are exceptional circumstances, still be charged for the number of students you quoted.
Cancellation Charges for School Groups
Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail). A cancellation charge will apply, to any school, cancelling a booking within four school weeks prior to the program date. The cancellation fee is calculated on the original number of students times twenty five dollars per student.
Bookings by Individual Students and Teachers
On receipt of your Booking Confirmation and Tax Invoice immediate payment is required to secure your place. If having paid for your place you find yourself unable to attend, GTAC will refund your payment less an Administrative Charge of $30-00.
All Payments
Please attach your cheque (payable to “The University High School-GTAC”) to the received tax invoice and post to the: GTAC Administrative Assistant, The Gene Technology Access Centre, University High School, 1H Royal Parade, Parkville, Melbourne, Victoria 3052.
Terms & Conditions
GTAC reserves the right:
