Cells Online is a teaching resource where you can access images of both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells and download worksheets for use in the classroom.

MICROSCOPE FEATURES

The GTAC microscope allows users to view images live as they are being analysed in the laboratory. To view live images, click here.

If the image you are viewing does not change after 1 minute, either reduce the interval timer to a shorter time or click on the Reload button to view the latest image.

Stream Window - This allows for real time viewing of slides. Not recommended for users with slow internet connections. If you wish to stream images, click on the stream window button and select play.

Interval Timer - Lower the interval timer to 2sec in order to view slide changes at a faster rate.

Quality - To improve image quality whilst viewing the image, click either 640x480 or 1280x960.

Control - Not Applicable.

E.Zoom - This feature allows you to zoom for a closer view.
