Using technologies in Life Science investigations – At GTAC
In this program students will utilise a range of biological technologies and techniques to investigate contemporary life science issues. Working in small groups and guided by a GTAC scientist mentor, students will follow the scientific process, interrogating each stage. They will consider how new scientific knowledge contributes to the development of scientific understandings and analyse how scientific advances can impact multiple facets of society.
Level - Years 7 and 8
Venue - At GTAC in Parkville
Timing – Full day program: runs 9:30am – 2:45pm with a one hour lunch break
